About the role

Spill Foods, a funded, pre-launch plant-based beverages company, is seeking a Head of Operations to build and run the complete supply chain from the ground up. You will own manufacturing, imports, inventory, 3PL relationships, and distributor operations, collaborating with the founder and brand/sales teams to reach launch and initial sales milestones. The role offers flexibility as full-time or fractional, with potential to grow into a leadership seat as we scale.
