About the role

Serving as the welcoming face of the Boston office, the part-time Workplace Experience Partner will create a positive environment for employees and guests, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate various workplace logistics and events. Key responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome Oversee daily workplace operations, including managing office supplies, common spaces, and responding to employee requests Coordinate vendor relationships and support employee onboarding and engagement activities Required qualifications Experience in workplace experience, hospitality, office management, or customer service Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar productivity tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and external vendors Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
