If so, this temp-to-hire Kiln Loader position might be the perfect opportunity for you. Kiln Loader Job Duties: Carefully load ceramic parts onto kiln trays and fixtures, making sure everything is placed correctly before firing. Check parts and materials for chips, cracks, or other damage before loading them into the kiln. Move and stage materials to keep production running smoothly throughout the day. Follow loading instructions and handle parts with care to help prevent damage during the firing process. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures.

Kiln Loader Requirements: Some experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or a hands-on work environment is preferred. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Comfortable handling fragile parts with care and paying close attention to detail. Able to follow written instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (OT is required)
