Temporary Administrative Assistant | Los Angeles, CAAtrium Staffing is partnering with a premier global financial services organization seeking a polished and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support its Los Angeles office. This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys being the person who keeps an office organized, supports a busy team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Location: Downtown Los Angeles – 333 S. Grand Avenue
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite (8am-5pm)
Pay: $28–$30/hour
Start Date: September 21 Assignment: Approximately 3–5 months
What You'll Do: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and team Assist with calendar management and scheduling Coordinate travel and related logistics Process and help manage invoices for the Logistics team Support marketing-related projects and administrative needs Assist with general office management and operations Order and maintain office supplies Manage incoming mail and packages Help coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and other office needs Handle various administrative projects and requests as they arise
What We're Looking For: Previous administrative, office support, or office coordination experience Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Professional and polished communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a professional corporate office environment Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles Monday through Friday
Interview Process: We are moving quickly! Selected candidates will participate in a video interview on Thursday, followed by an onsite interview on Friday for finalists.
