Job Title
The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Actuarial Pricing Manager with 6+ years of P&C actuarial experience focusing on pricing for property and casualty insurance products. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in a train accessible office in Chicago. Compensation

Qualifications:
6+ years of P&C actuarial experience focusing on pricing for property and casualty insurance products. Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. ACAS or FCAS certification. Membership in the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) is highly preferred. Experience with both admitted insurance programs and E&S lines. Strong regulatory knowledge. Experience preparing/supporting state rate filings in the admitted market. Strong technical skills: proficiency in Excel and actuarial pricing software. Programming and/or data analysis language experience in SQL, Python.
Responsibilities:
Lead pricing activities for multiple lines of business in both admitted and excess & surplus markets. Build and develop pricing functions, models, and frameworks. Create actuarial pricing models and rating plans. Lead the pricing of new product development. Analyze loss trends, rate adequacy, and key performance indicators by state and product. Identify emerging trends. Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Product Development teams.
