Position Title: Manufacturing Specialist
Location
Onsite: New Brighton, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing: Assemble products with care and accuracy, following detailed instructions and quality standards Record daily production output Manage inventory of components and tools to support manufacturing needs Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with 5S principles Identify and report any quality or process concerns Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow Assist with packaging and shipping of products and materials Meet individual productivity goals Follow regulatory guidelines and safety protocols Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse roles
Bonus: Experience in medical device assembly
