About the role

Caregivers Hiring Caregivers, we are hiring across Wesley Chapel and Pasco County. Starting pay is $17.00 an hour, paid every other Friday. Part time and full time shifts are available, scheduled with a real scheduler who knows your name. Always Best Care of Wesley Chapel is a licensed Florida home care agency serving Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Land O' Lakes and San Antonio. We provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and transportation in the client home. A Registered Nurse assesses every client and oversees every care plan, so you are never deciding care alone. Our services are non-medical. We do not provide skilled nursing care.

What We Offer:

$17.00 per hour starting
Paid every other Friday, by direct deposit or check
One and one half times your regular rate for hours actually worked on a listed company holiday
One hour of paid training every week
Paid training in HIPAA, dementia care, safety and leadership skills
Registered Nurse assessment and ongoing Registered Nurse oversight on every case
A defined path to Lead Caregiver, with support toward CNA and RN credentials

Health coverage available after 60 consecutive days at 30 or more hours a week. This is an individual coverage arrangement, not a group health plan.
