About the Opportunity: We are seeking experienced Ultra Tax CS Specialists and Tax Professionals to support an AI training project focused on real-world tax preparation and compliance workflows. You’ll use your hands-on tax expertise to complete realistic tasks and provide accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Complete tax preparation and compliance workflows using Ultra Tax CS.Prepare and review U.S. Federal and State tax returns. Enter and review taxpayer information, income, deductions, and credits. Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent tax data. Work with individual, business, corporate, and partnership tax scenarios. Explain and document Ultra Tax CS workflows and tax preparation steps. Review completed tax work for accuracy and compliance.
Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Ultra Tax CS.Professional experience in tax preparation, tax accounting, or tax compliance. Experience preparing or reviewing U.S. Federal and State tax returns. Knowledge of U.S. tax forms, terminology, and filing processes. Ability to independently navigate Ultra Tax CS and complete common workflows. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify tax or data-entry errors. Strong written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with individual and business tax returns, including corporations and partnerships. Ability to create realistic tax workflow examples. Experience documenting professional tax preparation processes. Compensation Competitive compensation of $90–$170/hour. Independent contractor engagement. Fully remote and flexible project-based work. Approximately 20 positions available.
