About the role

Job DescriptionDental Assisting School of Texas\n\nLocation: 100% Remote (U.S.) Position Type: Full-Time, Commission Only Compensation: 10% of cash collected. Expected OTE ~$72,000. Target: 10 to 15 new student enrollments per month\nChanging lives through education.\nHow to Apply\nSend your resume and a 2 to 3 minute Loom video to career@dentalassistingschooloftexas.com.\nIn the video, answer three things:\n\nWhat sales books, podcasts, or resources have you gone through recently? Tell us what you actually took from them.\nWhat sales methodology do you follow? Name it, and tell us how you apply it on a live call.\nWhat matters more to you: connecting and building trust with the prospect, or being the authority in the conversation? There's no trick answer here. We want to hear you think.\n\nDon't just tell us you're a hard worker. Show us how you think.\nThe Offer, Straight Up\nThis is a commission-only, high-ticket remote closing role. You earn 10% of cash collected on every student you enroll. At our target volume of 10 to 15 enrollments per month, expected on-target earnings are approximately $72,000 per year.\nNo base. No cap. What you collect is what you earn. Currently generating 25-30 qualified leads per week. \nWho We're Looking For\nWe're specifically looking for a setter who is ready to close.\nYou've been on the phones. You've booked the appointments, handled the early objections, and handed off qualified prospects to someone else who got to run the close. You're good at it, and you're done doing it. You want the call that actually decides something.\nBeyond that, we're not hunting for a specific resume. We're hunting for a specific kind of person.\n\nYou've played competitive sports. You know what it's like to be coached hard, to lose and go back to the film, and to perform when the moment actually counts.\nYou're already setting or selling in a high-ticket environment — coaching, education, home services, med spa, agency, wherever. You know the pace, the pipeline discipline, and the follow-up it takes.\nYou're genuinely passionate about people and education. This isn't a job you tolerate for a paycheck. You care about the outcome for the person on the other end of the phone.\nYou're coachable above all else. You take feedback as information, not as an attack, and you use it immediately.\nYou want the ramp. You're looking for the room where a setter becomes a closer, and you're willing to be trained into it.\n\nNone of these are hard requirements on their own, but if one or more describes you, we want to hear from you.\nJob Summary\nThe Dental Assisting School of Texas is seeking a motivated and empathetic Enrollment Manager to guide prospective students through their journey to a new career. As the first point of contact for our school, you'll manage our lead pipeline, build relationships with prospective students, and help them navigate the admissions and financing process — all remotely, by phone, Zoom, email, and SMS.\nThis is a consultative, high-ticket sales role for a goal-oriented person who's passionate about changing lives through education.\nWhat You'll Own\n\nYour pipeline: every new student inquiry from our website, social media, and other sources, managed inside Peak Enrollment CRM\nThe relationship: from first contact to a confident, informed enrollment decision\nYour enrollment numbers: tracked, reviewed, and improved every month against a 10 to 15 student target\nCash collected: you own the close and the collection, because that's what you're paid on\nThe TWC handoff: a smooth, well-coordinated funding process for every student who needs it\nClean reporting: lead conversion rates and enrollment numbers, accurate and up to date\n\nWhat You'll Actually Do\n\nRun consultative enrollment calls over phone and Zoom to understand each prospective student's goals and guide them toward the right decision\nConduct timely, professional follow-up via phone, email, and SMS across your entire pipeline\nAssist qualified students through the entire enrollment process, including application paperwork and financing options like TWC grants and payment plans\nAct as the primary remote liaison between students and their Texas Workforce Commission case managers\nSolve for the real obstacles — timing, financial need, eligibility — that stand between a great candidate and enrollment\nMeet or exceed monthly enrollment targets consistently\nTrack and report on key pipeline metrics\n\nWho You Are\n\nYou close without pressure. You don't push people into decisions; you help them make the one that's right for them. That's a harder skill, and you have it.\nYou're composed when it counts. The prospect is unsure, the finances are complicated, the timeline is tight, and you slow down, not speed up.\nYou have a strong sense of urgency on new leads, paired with a systematic mindset for managing a pipeline.\nYou're a creative problem solver. Timing issues, financial gaps, eligibility questions. You find the path instead of stopping at the obstacle.\nYou believe in what you're selling. DASOT is a real program producing real careers. You can't fake conviction on a call, and you won't have to here.\nYou're self-directed. Remote and commission-only means nobody is standing over your shoulder. Your calendar and your output are yours to run.\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\n\n1+ years as an appointment setter, SDR, or closer in a high-ticket, consultative sales environment with a proven record of hitting monthly targets\nExperience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust over phone and video\nA reliable remote work setup: quiet space, strong internet, quality headset and camera\nA proactive, learning-oriented mindset and a real desire to move into a closing seat\n\nPreferred:\n\nExperience in admissions for a vocational school, trade school, or community college, preferably in the dental industry\nDirect experience with financial aid programs, especially Texas Workforce Commission grants like WIOA or Ready to Work\nFamiliarity with a named sales methodology and a habit of studying the craft\nA Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n10% of cash collected, uncapped. Expected OTE ~$72,000 at target volume. W Bonuses you can earn Six figures.\n100% remote. Work from wherever you close best.\nA setter-to-closer path with real training, call review, and coaching behind it\nA small, passionate team where your work has a direct, visible impact on students' lives and the school's growth\nReal ownership of your pipeline and your numbers, with room to help shape and improve our enrollment systems\nA genuine path to grow professionally as a key leader in an expanding school\n\nA Few Honest Words\nThis role is not for everyone, and we'd rather say that upfront than waste your time or ours.\nIt's commission-only. There is no floor under you. If you need a base salary to feel steady, this is the wrong seat, and there's no shame in that.\nThe people on your calls are making a real decision about their future. Every conversation deserves your full preparation, your full presence, and your full honesty. If you're looking for a role where you can coast on charm, this isn't it. If you want a role where doing the job well actually changes someone's life, keep reading.\nWe're a fast-growing school and we're still building. The systems exist, but they evolve. We need someone who can run the process well, help improve it over time, and take ownership of their numbers without needing someone to chase them.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
