Position: Dental Assistant (EDDA)

Location: 4223 Lexington Road, Paris, KY 40361 Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5 PM Pay: $16.00-$20.00 (based on experience) Bourbon Family Dentistry in the heart of Paris, Kentucky, is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our close-knit, caring, and hardworking team. A Day In The Life OfAs our Dental Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission to create beautiful smiles and promote overall wellness.
Welcome patients to the dental office.
Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort.
Chair-side assisting
Restorative Dentistry: Place, shape, and finish amalgam and composite restorations.
Prosthodontics: Place temporary crowns and bridges.
Infection Control: Sterilize instruments and equipment.
Radiology: Take and process dental X-rays.
Patient Education: Provide valuable information to our patients.
What You'll Bring To The TableOur ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a growth mindset, be proficient with punctuality, and be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Required Education:

High School diploma/GEDExcellent organization/computer skills
Proven experience as a dental assistant for a minimum of 6 months (preferred 1 year)
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Additional certification (Plus)X-ray
Coronal Polishing (perform regulated non-surgical tasks)
