Location: Mason City, IA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000 to $155,000 per year, plus bonus Lead maintenance and engineering at a fast-paced food plant, driving uptime, capital projects, and innovation across the operation. Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination) 2+ years of team management or project leadership Food manufacturing experience Advanced mechanical and electrical skills, including PLCs and instrumentation Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and work order systems Change management experience Ability to use exposure monitoring equipment and communicate results Strong Excel, Word, communication, and presentation skills
What You'll Do: Lead the maintenance and engineering department Manage capital projects from concept to completion, on time and on budget Protect safety, food safety, and environmental standards on every project Build and improve preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and TPM programs Reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flowing smoothly Lead the maintenance team through delegation, policies, and work assignments Troubleshoot equipment failures with both quick fixes and long-term solutions Develop and track maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement Nice-to-Haves Experience in a high-performance manufacturing organization Reliability engineering background Experience leading technology or automation projects
Compensation and Benefits: $125,000 to $155,000 per year Bonus program
