Correct mistakes and provide clear, constructive feedback during lessons. Prepare and deliver engaging lessons based on each student's level and needs. Encourage students to speak English confidently in real-life conversations. Assess students' progress and provide feedback when required. Maintain a positive, professional, and comfortable learning environment. Log in to the teaching platform before each scheduled class.
Requirements: Fluent English speaker with a clear and natural accent. Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience preferred. Experience teaching adult students is an advantage. Comfortable teaching students with different English levels. Patient, friendly, energetic, and responsible. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable computer or laptop with a webcam and headset. Stable, high-speed internet connection. Reliable power supply. Quiet and professional workspace at home. Comfortable working independently and following a fixed teaching schedule. Professional attitude and commitment to providing high-quality lessons.
