Join this legendary firm as a Vice President of Construction & Development to oversee national data center construction. This is a remote position with regular travel.-Your new company-This firm is one of the biggest owners of data centers in the world. They are known for delivering large-scale, mission-critical developments that power the world’s most demanding digital environments. This company has created a form of waterless cooling system, which really opens up the possibilities for building data centers. The company is backed by a very large financial firm, and they are said to have the most megawatts under construction on the planet! Across the U.S., this company is looking for several Vice President-level people to bring on and add to the team.-Your new role-As Vice President of Development, you’ll lead regional data center projects from concept through completion, setting strategic direction, overseeing budgets, and driving rapid, high-value development across a growing footprint.-What you'll need to succeed-A proven track record leading highly complex, capital-intensive developments—often in the hundreds of millions—within data centers or adjacent sectors such as healthcare, industrial, or semiconductor manufacturing, paired with strong leadership, engineering judgment, and commercial acumen.
