Drywall Project Manager/Estimator0Job DescriptionExperience: Mid LevelSalary: $120,000 - $130,000 per yearJob DetailsEnsure accurate/quality/competitive/profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs/scopes/contracts/drawings/budgets, bid docs/strategies/deadlines, and follow estimating proceduresSub/material/vendor quotes, estimate handoff/job pre-planning, market evaluation, value engineering, and jobsite inspectionsLead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that is on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resourcesEnsure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and scheduleWill be based out of the office and visiting jobsites/clients as neededProjects are mostly commercial office TIs and type of work covers metal framing, drywall, finishing, and some insulationAverage size project is $200K-$500K with jobs up to $1.5M each. Project locations are mostly in LA County, but they're looking to expand into Orange CountyRequirements 5 years of drywall/metal framing estimating/project management experience on local commercial TI projects, candidates can be APMs/Assistant Estimators that are ready for the next stepComputerized estimating software knowledgePrefer union shop experience A bit about usUnion drywall/metal framing contractor in business over 25 yearsWhy join usBase Salary: $120K-$130K DOEBonus range of $30K-$50KFull union benefits, but employee does not need to join union.
