About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product/UX Designer to design innovative calling experiences across Webex desktop, web, mobile, and device platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong product design experience, expertise in Figma, AI-assisted workflows, and experience designing complex enterprise SaaS or collaboration products. Must-Have Skills 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or equivalent Experience with Webex/Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google collaboration products, or similar platforms Strong Figma expertise Experience designing AI workflows and AI-assisted experiences Experience with enterprise SaaS, collaboration, communications, or admin tools Calling/communication product experience Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Architects, and Designers Experience using AI tools for design exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, or workflow generation
Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end calling experiences across desktop, web, mobile, and device platforms. Create user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs. Explore AI-assisted and agentic workflows for real-time communication. Develop prototypes ranging from early concepts to high-fidelity designs. Apply Cisco’s design system and contribute new patterns where required. Validate designs through usability testing, customer feedback, and UX research. Document interaction behavior, accessibility requirements, edge cases, and design rationale. Partner with cross-functional teams to define product direction and deliver scalable experiences. Use storytelling and design artifacts to communicate concepts and align stakeholders.
