About the role
White Castle is seeking an Office Maintenance Lead Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 4:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m.) to oversee the evening cleaning crew and provide guidance. You will perform specific cleaning duties and maintain equipment while ensuring the workflow stays on track.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to work evenings, supervise staff, and operate cleaning tools. Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods; team culture and safety are
