Shipping Office Clerk

Monday - Friday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Office Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Experience with shipping documentation, Bills of Lading (BOLs), carrier coordination, and UPS/Fed Ex preferred
• Flexible availability for training between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Process shipping paperwork and documentation
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with freight and transportation companies
• Track and process shipments
• Verify shipping information and documentation accuracy
• Support UPS and Fed Ex shipping activities
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative support to the shipping department
Preferred Experience:
• Shipping office, warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• Carrier coordination and shipment tracking
• Shipping software and logistics systems experience
