About the role
Operations Specialist The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day workplace operations that ensure seamless employee and guest experience. This role serves as a critical link between hospitality services, facilities, workplace operations, vendors, and agency stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
Workplace Operations: Support daily workplace operations, service requests, audits, office functionality, and workplace standards. Space & Reservation Management: Manage reservation systems, conference room readiness, utilization reporting, and workplace scheduling. Vendor & Service Coordination: Coordinate vendors, building management, catering, mail services, inventory, and operational supplies. Employee & Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, support onboarding, workplace programming, and issue resolution. Reporting & Administration: Prepare operational reports, track key metrics, maintain documentation, and support budget tracking. Operational Excellence: Identify process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and maintain business continuity and readiness.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of workplace operations, hospitality, facilities, or office management experience. Corporate office experience preferred. Experience with workplace management systems such as EMS, Envoy, Condeco, or similar platforms. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Teams.
