Panel Assembler

Location: Mineola, TX Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday with Some Saturdays Required Hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Panel Assemblers Needed We are seeking reliable and skilled Panel Assemblers to build and wire electrical control panels used in manufacturing equipment for a client in the Mineola, TX area. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience, strong wiring skills, and the ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Responsibilities: Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints and schematics Install electrical components including relays, terminal blocks, switches, and breakers Route and connect wiring neatly and accurately Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of completed panels Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines Complete assigned production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Requirements: 1+ years Previous panel assembly, electrical assembly, or related manufacturing experience required Strong mechanical aptitude with wiring and diagnostic experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions Proven work history with at least 2 years of tenure at previous employer(s) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
