About the role

Compensation AnalystAs a Compensation Analyst working for Taylor Morrison, you will provide compensation support and administer Taylor Morrison's compensation programs. Determine competitive pay amounts, participate in salary surveys, job evaluations, market pricing and administer bonus programs. This role is a job-share opportunity, where two part-time Team Members jointly fulfill the responsibilities of one full-time role. The ideal candidate will partner closely with their peer to ensure seamless coverage, collaboration, and accountability.
