Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is assisting a leading aerospace manufacturer in finding a Business Unit Manager to head its Engines & Rotary Wing unit, a $150M+ operation. This role is the executive leader of the unit, acting as the mini President with end-to-end ownership of performance and growth. You will drive commercial strategy, lead PMs and BD professionals, negotiate contracts, and work with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to maximize profitability and value creation.
