About the role
Job Title Pay is $15.00 per hour. The shift begins at either 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM.Candidates must speak Spanish, and Spanish-only speakers are welcome to apply. Perform cleaning and sanitation duties in a fast-paced production environment. Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, work surfaces, floors, and production areas. Safely use hoses, cleaning equipment, sanitizing chemicals, and other sanitation tools. Follow all sanitation procedures, safety requirements, and company policies. Remove debris, waste, and product residue from production areas and equipment. Must be comfortable working around water, wet floors, cleaning chemicals, and production equipment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Must be dependable and able to consistently report to work for a 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM start. Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced production environment. Previous sanitation, food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus. Must follow all required PPE, GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures. Reliable transportation is required due to the early morning start time. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for steady, long-term work. Lots of overtime, must be able to work 60+ hrs
