Location: Houston, TXBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred At least 5+ years of experience in production support with Cable MSO service offerings Experience in leading team Experience in Production Operations Support in Video domain Strong Knowledge of STB and Video Domain - Docsis knowledge will be a huge advantage Experience in Cable and telecom domain, understanding of Cable MSO operations Very strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to perform complex work requiring broad technical knowledge Excellent communication skills and client interfacing skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
