On-Site Wine Lab Technician

About the role
Trinchero Family Estates seeks a laboratory analyst to perform wine and grape component analyses at our Lodi facilities. You will conduct pH, TA, Brix and nutrient testing on grape juice and fermenting juice, and analyze bottled wines and storage wines using instruments such as pH meters, spectrophotometers, GC, CO2 analyzers, and autotitrators. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in the sciences, 1+ year of lab experience, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
