About the role

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on electrical construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide leadership to Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field crews while coordinating with Project Managers, Safety, QA/QC, and customers. You will manage labor productivity, field execution, material coordination, schedule performance, and workforce planning across projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.
