About the role

Show Time Auto Glass is a family-owned and operated auto glass company serving Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. Known as the Home of Customer Entertainment, we’ve built our company around doing things differently—from the experience we give our customers to the opportunities we create for our team. We’re looking for experienced Door to Door Sales Representatives who know how to approach people, start conversations and create opportunities in the field. In this role, you’ll work assigned neighborhoods and territories, identify vehicles with potential windshield or auto glass damage, speak directly with vehicle owners and help qualified customers schedule service with Show Time Auto Glass. This is an important part of our growth: our technicians take care of the glass, while our sales team keeps new customers coming through the doors. We offer a performance-based commission structure with increasing pay tiers, Unlimited $1,000 milestone bonuses, a $5,000 monthly performance challenge, additional incentives, W-2 employment, possible health insurance benefits after 90 days and opportunities for advancement into Sales Trainer and Regional Trainer positions Plus more. If you already know how to knock doors and produce results, we’re not looking to teach you how to sell. We’ll teach you the auto glass business and give you an opportunity to put your sales experience to work.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
