About the role

Benefits: Licensing paid by agency Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2025 after previously working as a State Farm team member in Louisiana and completing the Agent Aspirant program. Before joining State Farm, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Major League Baseball, and that competitive mindset still drives the culture of our office today. Our team of seven is built around growth, accountability, and pushing each other to succeed. I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have been married for three years. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time with our two golden retrievers, and watching LSU baseball and football. I’m looking for someone competitive, goal oriented, and driven who is ready to embrace the mindset of "do it afraid" and grow within a high performance team environment.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
