About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director of New Product Planning to assess new product opportunities and shape commercial strategies for follow-on indications. The role leads planning from early ideation through handoff to launch teams, including developing product profiles, market assessments, market development and data-generation strategies, and initial value propositions. The Executive Director will guide cross-functional teams on development decisions, market needs, competitive positioning, reimbursement considerations, and business priorities. Responsibilities also include directing prelaunch market research and stakeholder engagement, communicating indication strategies, monitoring disease and market dynamics, and managing the planning team and its budget. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree; an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred. At least 15 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals is required, including experience in commercial development or new product planning, marketing, forecasting and data analysis, product management, market development, product launches, market access, and pricing. The role calls for executive-level leadership and the ability to align stakeholders, influence decisions across functions, and lead through ambiguity. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with a creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
