About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Total Rewards to lead the strategic development and implementation of compensation, benefits, executive pay, and equity administration programs. The successful candidate will be a senior HR leader with a strong background in total rewards, including experience in publicly traded, global companies with large-scale corporate structures. Key responsibilities for this role include designing total rewards strategies that align with business objectives, leading the harmonization of compensation structures, and overseeing equity and executive compensation programs. The role also involves leading a team, managing external consultants, and partnering with finance to ensure programs are cost-effective and aligned with financial goals. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a CCP or equivalent certification. A minimum of 15 years' experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing and advising senior leadership, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with FAR requirements and M&A, including due diligence and integration, is a plus. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, who can effectively manage competing priorities and is adept at translating data into clear recommendations.
