Project Director | Mission Critical
Location: United States
Salary: Up to $300,000 + 25–30% annual bonus + full benefits
Travel: 80–90%We are currently recruiting for a Project Director to lead major Data Center and Semiconductor projects across the United States for a leading global engineering and construction business. This is a senior project leadership position with responsibility for the successful delivery of large, complex capital projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall execution of major Data Center / Semiconductor projects
  • Provide leadership across project teams, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
  • Manage schedule, budget, commercial performance and delivery strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive project performance, quality, safety and operational excellence
  • Lead teams through complex construction, commissioning and turnover activities
  • Identify and manage project risks, changes and commercial issues
  • Work closely with senior leadership and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
Ideal Background:
  • Significant experience delivering large scale Data Center, Semiconductor, Advanced Technology or Mission Critical projects
  • Proven experience at Project Director, Senior Project Manager or Program Director level
  • Strong EPC / EPCM project delivery experience
  • Experience managing complex, high value capital projects
  • Strong commercial, contractual and client management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
