About the role
- Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of the Speech-Language Pathologists by providing direct speech and language sessions and participating in the evaluation and treatment planning process.
- Facilitate and support AAC systems, ensuring effective use across settings
- Train and coach direct service staff on the implementation of speech and language programs
- Collaborate across disciplines with educators, BCBAs, and team members to ensure consistency in communication programming
- Contribute to treatment planning under the supervision of the SLP, including goal writing, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Utilize data to inform decision-making, supporting adjustments to treatment planning
- Participate in applied research and continuous improvement initiatives
- What You'll Bring
- Massachusetts SLPA licensure required
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
