We are seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer/Interior Architect with direct hospitality project experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong technical ability, refined design judgment, and hands-on experience carrying projects from concept through construction documentation and installation.

Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of luxury hospitality projects from concept through design development and construction documentation. Produce coordinated drawing packages including plans, elevations, details, millwork, finish plans, and custom furniture drawings. Support the development of interior architectural design solutions with a strong understanding of guest experience, planning, and brand standards. Lead and coordinate FF&E specification efforts, including sourcing, vendor communication, finish selections, and documentation. Prepare finish schedules, material presentations, and client-facing presentation materials. Participate in construction administration, including submittals, shop drawing review, finish sample review, and site coordination. Collaborate closely with consultants, vendors, operators, and internal team members to ensure design intent is executed at a high level. Manage multiple project deliverables while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
Required Qualifications: 6-8 years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture. HOTEL DESIGN and Hospitality interiors experience required; applicants without hospitality experience will not be considered. Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and experience producing construction documentation. Experience developing interior architectural detailing, millwork drawings, and custom design documentation. Strong knowledge of hospitality FF&E, materials, finishes, and vendor sourcing. Experience with construction administration and consultant / contractor coordination. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work in person from our NYC office. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in luxury boutique hotels, resorts, restaurants, cruise, or branded guest environments. Familiarity with domestic and European FF&E vendors and resources. Experience with high-end multifamily residential projects.
