Job TitleDuties & Responsibilities: Ensure that the organization is maintaining a safe work environmentDirect work in all assigned departments based on available resources (personnel and equipment) Communicate with coordinators on other shifts that are assigned to the same departmentsReview rejects for non-conforming materialsComplete payroll system generated requests such as weekly timecards and vacation approvalsComplete assigned tasks in the quality system, such as root cause investigationsMonitor visual management for safety stock of raw materials, components, and suppliesImprove workplace organization and cleanlinessProvide formalized feedback to individuals based on scrap and output through weekly updatesUnderstand contribution to monthly operations KPI'sComplete formal reviews and one-on-ones twice per year with all associatesPerform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectivesQualifications: High school diploma or general education degree 5 years of experience in direct manufacturingBasic computer skills, familiarity with basic spreadsheets software, email, and word processingMust have good critical process thinking skillsStrong verbal/written communication skillsDirect supervisory experience preferredExperience with ERP system a plusCompetitive Pay & Benefits:$2.00 per hour shift premiumPaid vacation and 11 paid holidaysMedical, dental, life and disability insuranceHSA and FSA accounts 401k with company matching and profit sharingTuition reimbursementEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
