As a Sports-Minded Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to connect with our target audience and drive sales results. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Engaging Campaigns: Develop and execute sales campaigns Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and positioning our products/services as the winning choice Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with sales efforts, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective success Goal Attainment: Set ambitious sales targets and strive to exceed them, bringing a competitive edge to your performance
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (encouraged but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus, but not required Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills High-energy, competitive, and goal-oriented personality
