About the role
District Sales Manager – Surgical MedTech A high-growth surgical MedTech company is redefining peripheral nerve surgery. We are seeking a proven surgical medical device sales professional to build and grow a greenfield territory covering Houston, Austin & San Antonio. Candidates must reside in Houston or the Greater Houston area.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of medical device sales with direct OR experience
- Proven success building a territory from the ground upStartup/early-commercial experience strongly preferred
- Track record of launching innovative or first-in-class technology and driving physician adoption
- Strong clinical selling skills and credibility with surgeons
- Experience navigating hospital systems and VAC approvals
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
Relevant backgrounds include peripheral nerve, plastics, hand, orthopedics/extremities, trauma, reconstructive and vascular surgery, as well as other complex surgical specialties in startup environments.
Compensation$135K base | $285K OTECar and technology allowances, 6-month guarantee, 401(k), equity, and 100% company-paid medical, dental & vision for employee and family.
