Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: Support the on-air operations team during major systems migration, including programming quality control and event preparation. Maintain and manipulate on-air playlists, executing program/commercial/marketing changes using tools like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi. Ensure flawless commercial integration during both taped and live programming. Monitor and maintain 150 channel streams, ensuring continuous availability and identifying inconsistencies. Confirm the readiness of all materials for on-air playout, acting as the last line of defense for internal clients. Protect airwaves by checking audio, video, captioning, and picture quality. Collaborate with Operation Supervisors to recover from on-air discrepancies promptly. Communicate clearly with partner production teams to facilitate requested changes to automation playlists. Perform additional duties to support the success of the Network Operations Center as assigned. Key Requirements and
Technology Experience: A High School Diploma and relevant certification or Associate's Degree in Media or Communications, or equivalent professional experience in broadcast, digital, or post-production role. A solid understanding of television production, broadcast operations, and/or news/sports/entertainment technical production requirements.24/7 flexible shift availability to meet the needs of a 24x 7/365 operation. Must have unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to view all content, including that considered mature in nature. Prior professional experience working in master control or a production control room. Fluency or proficiency in Spanish is a definite plus.
