About the role
Job Description:
Mid-City is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Associateto join our apparel production team.
No embroidery experience is required- we will train the right person.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to the details, and wants to learn new skills in a fast-paced, creative production environment. You’ll help with a variety of apparel production tasks and receive hands-on training to operate our commercial embroidery equipment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with day-to-day apparel production and order preparation
Learn to operate commercial embroidery machines
Help with other decoration and production processes as needed
Inspect finished products to make sure they meet our quality standards
Count, organize, fold, pack, and prepare completed orders
Keep production areas clean and organized
Work with the team to keep orders moving and meet customer deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
No embroidery experience necessary- we will teach you!
Dependable and ready to work
Comfortable learning equipment and hands-on processes
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and repeat processes accurately
Able to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Previous experience in production, warehouse, apparel, printing, sewing, manufacturing, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required
