We are a company that promotes from within, both in our retail and corporate operations.Under direct supervision, performs a variety of administrative functions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesValidates vendor data sheet information, including but not limited to, adds, changes and blocks.Handles incoming ACH requests (new/changes), payment failures and related inquiriesPerforms TRIM maintenance, electronic organization of departmental documents.Creates, maintains and distributes department reports.Processes employee rebates; verifies eligibility.Plans and organizes department activities in collaboration with AP management team.Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to accounts payable administration.Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsThis position requires a minimum of one year office experience.Must be detail-oriented, able to follow direction, and have strong follow-through skills.Proficiency with Microsoft office, including skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong listening skills are necessary.The ability to work within a team is essential.The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.In addition, troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are necessary.Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is required.Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.Educational RequirementsThis position requires a high school diploma or GED.Normal work days are Monday through Friday.
