Job Description:
Provide specialized speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. You will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapies aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans. Document services in compliance with regulatory and facility standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families. Maintain adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA). Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility.
