Window World is seeking a customer service representative to assist & support clientele. Our Organization has been in business 31 years, has an A+ rating & 4.8 stars to follow.
Our clients mean everything to us. The position entails providing project status updates, problem solving, asking multiple probing questions, obtaining information such as serial numbers & pictures in order to properly assist clients.
Our Organization is also looking to cross-train & teach a new team member how to apply for & process permits, how to follow up & obtain HOA approvals, ultimately being a well-versified team member.
