We provide our agents with the leads, training, and infrastructure to build a real, long-term book of business — without cold calling. COMPENSATION- $20/hour (remote) or $25/hour (in-office)- Guaranteed 40 hours per week- Uncapped commission on all closed business- Average weekly earnings: $2,000–$3,000+ (base + commission) WHAT WE OFFER- Inbound leads provided — no cold prospecting- No chargebacks- Renewals for long-term agents (2+ years)- W2 employment (not 1099)- Structured onboarding, training, and compliance support- Paid travel opportunities for top agents- Clear systems built for consistent production- Leadership and career growth opportunities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Work inbound leads provided by SAI- Enroll Medicare clients into appropriate plans- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options- Sell ancillary products during off-peak periods- Manage and retain your book of business- Maintain full compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Active Health Insurance License (required)- Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required- Strong communication and closing skills- Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week)- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU WANT:- A consistent, full-time schedule with stable base income- High-quality inbound leads — no cold calling- Uncapped commission upside- A long-term opportunity to build residual renewal income HOW TO APPLYSubmit your application and our onboarding team will reach out within 1 business day.
