This role involves overseeing the growth department, including sales, new gym opening operations, corporate sales, and retail performance, and leading special projects to support the company's evolving business needs. The VP of Growth will also be instrumental in building and leading high-performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a people-first culture that delivers an exceptional member experience. Applicants for the Vice President of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive leadership experience in growth, sales, operations, business development, or related functions, with a strong preference for those with a background in multi-unit, franchise, fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or other consumer-facing organizations. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of delivering measurable results, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
