About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing for its CPG division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategy and positioning, leading the creation of go-to-market narratives, and ensuring that brand strengths and audience insights are effectively translated into pre-sale materials. This role requires a strategic partner who can work closely with editorial, sales, and other internal teams to package high-value opportunities that align with brand DNA and business priorities. The Head of Brand Marketing will also be tasked with managing the brand marketing process, maintaining high standards of storytelling and presentation quality, and driving the efficiency and consistency of the team's work. Applicants for the Head of Brand Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a degree in a related field. A minimum of 7-9 years' experience in brand marketing, pre-sale marketing, integrated marketing, publishing, media, or a related field is required, with a specific emphasis on experience in the beverage/CPG space. The role demands excellent creative writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the advertising and publishing landscape. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, collaborative leader with the ability to connect audience, brand, and marketplace insights to revenue-generating opportunities.
