What you'll ownBuild and keep a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, COI's and referrals Run discovery, present HCM solutions, and close new business Hit monthly/annual targets and keep your cadence consistent Partner with implementation/payroll teams to hand off new clients smoothly What you bringProven payroll sales experience (HCM/HR tech/SaaS adjacent works too) Strong consultative selling, presenting, and relationship-building skills Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working fully remote Pay range: $70,000-$85,000.
