Weekly PayMinutemen Staffing is hiring an experienced Overhead Crane Operator / Material Handler in Pittsburgh, PA. This manufacturing position is responsible for safely operating overhead cranes and forklifts to move steel plate materials and support production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move, load, and unload steel plate
- Perform daily crane and forklift inspections
- Verify materials meet job order specifications
- Package, tag, and organize finished products for shipment
- Enter production information into the ERP system
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation
- Assist with scrap removal, material handling, and general shop housekeeping
Requirements:
- Previous overhead crane operator experience required
- Forklift or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation
