This position requires a fluent Mandarin speaker We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Controller to lead the financial operations of two separate yet related businesses: a hospitality business and a tech business. Each business operates as a distinct P&L, requiring independent accounting management while working collaboratively within a shared operational environment.
Responsibilities: Full financial close and reporting responsibilities. Manage and oversee full A/P and A/P while supervising one supporting accountant. Oversee full payroll and compliance functions. Create and manage full budgeting/forecasting process. Maintain and improve a robust internal control environment. Manage and monitor a large construction budget, tracking all capital expenditures and working closely with project managers and external contractors.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. At least 7 years of progressive full-cycle Accounting work experience. GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred Proficiency with Quick Books and Excel Excellent communication skills: able to communicate clearly and diplomatically up to high-net-worth ownership, down to hourly staff, and externally with construction partners.
