We’re partnering with a well-established private Real Estate firm in New York City on a high-touch Executive / Personal Assistant search supporting a principal 1:1.This is a hands-on role for an experienced EA/PA who understands the pace, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail required when supporting a high-net-worth individual. The position leans heavily toward personal, property, travel, and project coordination, while also handling the principal’s core day-to-day executive support.🗂 What You’ll Own Manage a busy personal and professional calendar, calls, appointments, and daily priorities Coordinate detailed private and commercial travel logistics Stay on top of open items, projects, commitments, and follow-up Partner directly with the principal to gather details, anticipate needs, and keep priorities moving Coordinate vendors, repairs, deliveries, installations, and projects across multiple residences Liaise appropriately with family members, drivers, household contacts, vendors, advisors, and other outside parties👤 Ideal Background Approximately 5–8+ years of dedicated 1:1 support experience, ideally with a UHNWI, private principal, entrepreneur, or similarly demanding executive Deep understanding of high-touch personal support and the discretion it requires Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and proactively following up for information Extremely organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and strong at closing loops High EQ and ability to navigate different personalities and sensitive personal matters📍 Logistics New York City In office five days per week Some responsiveness outside normal hours for travel, projects, or events.✨ The Environment The office is small, established, professional, and relatively quiet. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working independently, values long-term relationships, and is more focused on being excellent at their job than on having a highly social office environment. The principal is self-sufficient and looking for a true right hand who can learn preferences over time, anticipate what needs attention, and become a trusted partner across both professional and personal matters.
