Ability to interpret complex technical and regulatory information and convert it into practical, business-focused recommendations. Strong client-facing, relationship-building, problem-solving, facilitation, report-writing, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Commitment to high-quality delivery and experience coaching or mentoring colleagues. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Experience integrating environmental and regulatory requirements into packaging or product-development processes, management systems, or operating models. Experience working with packaging manufacturers, suppliers, recyclers, consumer brands, retailers, technology companies, or other participants in product and packaging value chains. Experience supporting business development, proposal preparation, client presentations, account growth, or new service development. Experience working with multinational organizations and senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead medium to large, complex, and multidisciplinary projects across sustainable packaging

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
