TeleOperations Shift Supervisor Our client, in the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a TeleOperations Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a TeleOperations Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations supporting TeleOps Service missions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Range: $36.00/hour
Shift: Various shifts available; (4) 10-hour days; All schedules include at least 1 weekend day What's the Job? Supervise a team of TeleOps operators to ensure operational excellence and safety standards are maintained. Coordinate daily service operations supporting autonomous vehicle missions and troubleshoot technical issues. Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members to foster continuous improvement. Support and mentor team members, promoting a safety-centric and inclusive communication culture. Collaborate with other leaders within Fleet Operations to optimize vehicle fleet performance and safety protocols. What's Needed? At least 1 year of TeleOps experience supporting autonomous vehicle operations. Experience working in collaborative, high-performance environments with a focus on teamwork. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination. What's in it for me?
