Justworks is seeking a strategic Leader to build and scale its Customer Lifecycle Marketing function in New York City. You will shape the strategy, operating model, and portfolio of lifecycle programs across acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and advocacy. You will lead a small, high‑impact team of lifecycle marketing experts, collaborate with Product Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Sales, and drive measurable growth through data‑driven campaigns and AI-enabled personalization.
